Citra Marga issues new shares worth IDR 300 billion

Jakarta – PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) has decided to issue new shares without preemptive rights worth IDR 300 billion.

The company issued 200 million new shares with a nominal value of IDR 500 per share, at an exercise price of IDR 1,500 per share, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

Nusa Konstruksi budgets capital expenditure of IDR 70 billion

Jakarta – PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) has budgeted capital expenditure of IDR 70 billion to finance the construction of some projects and purchase of heavy equipment in order to increase revenue by 20% in 2013.

Nusa Konstruksi Corporate Secretary Djohan Halim as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said, capital expenditure would come from internal cash and bank loans. Halim has yet been able to ascertain the composition of the company’s capital expenditure sources.

Indo Tambangraya plans capital expenditure of USD 150 million

Jakarta – PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) has revised its capital expenditure budget this year of USD 200 million to approximately USD 150 million.

Indo Tambangraya Corporate Secretary Roslini Onwardi as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said, the entire of capital expenditure budget would be sourced from the company’s internal cash.

BNI asked to acquire Bahana Pembinaan this year

Jakarta – The Ministry of SOEs has encouraged PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI), or BNI, to acquire PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia this year, so that the acquisition plan is not protracted.

Service Deputy State Enterprises Minister Gatot Trihargo as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said, the acquisition would make BNI to have more robust business foundations.

Bukit Asam expects sales to grow 25%

Jakarta – PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), or Bukit Asam, has targeted an increase in coal sales volume reached 20 million tons in 2013, up 25% compared to 2012 sales amounted to 16.3 million tons.

Bukit Asam President Director named only Milawarma as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said that the sales growth would be driven by improved coal market this year. The company targets production in 2013 reached 22 million – 25 million tons, an increase over last year production of 18.6 million tons.

Bumi Resources posts USD 655 million net loss in the third quarter

Jakarta – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) has posted a net loss for the first nine months of 2012 amounted to USD 655.42 million and USD 632.49 million of which is net loss attributed to owners of the parent entity. In the same period the previous year, the company earned net profit of USD 184.07 million.

During the third quarter of 2012, Bumi Resources recorded revenue worth USD 2.76 billion, down from the same period the previous year amounted to USD 2.85 billion, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

Holcim Indonesia’s stock price hit by royalty agreement

Jakarta – Share price of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) fell after the company signed a new agreement on royalty between the company and its affiliate in the Holcim Group, namely Holcim Technology Ltd.

At the close of trading yesterday, Holcim Indonesia’s share price closed down 6.03% or IDR 175 to IDR 2,725 per share, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

AKR Corporindo suspends coal production

Jakarta – PT Aneka Kimia Raya Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), or AKR Corporindo, has decided to wait for the certainty of price and market conditions before having its mine in North Barito, Central Kalimantan, produce coal again in 2013.

AKR Corporindo Director Suresh Vembu as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said, the company had to suspend production of coal due to the uncertainty of coal price and market in 2012.

Semen Gresik expects production of 28.3 million tons

Surabaya – PT Semen Gresik Tbk (SMGR) has targeted its cement production to reach 28.3 million tons this year, up 18% from the 2012 realization reached 22.6 million tons, after acquiring Thang Long, a cement manufacturer in Vietnam.

The increase in production was also obtained by the addition of a cement capacity of the company’s plants, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

Medco Energi eyeing revenue worth IDR 2.43 trillion

Jakarta – PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) targets operating revenue in 2013 to rise by 13.4% from last year to USD 270 million or around IDR 2.43 trillion.

Medco Energi President Director Lukman Mahfoedz as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia said, the company targeted an EBITDA increase in 2013 of 6.8% over last year to USD 360 million.
